This section governs how VZN House Consulting handles phone numbers and SMS communications. By providing your mobile number and consenting to text messages, you agree to the terms in this section.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Appointment reminders and consultation scheduling confirmations
- Schedule changes, cancellations, or rescheduling notices
- Replies to questions you've sent regarding your consultation or engagement
- Service-related updates from your VZN consultant
Consent & Opt-In
You will only receive SMS messages from VZN House Consulting after providing express written consent — typically by submitting your phone number through our contact form, requesting text communication during a call, or replying to confirm enrollment. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement. Most clients receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VZN House Consulting is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To resume messages, reply START.

Carrier Disclosure
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most other major US carriers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: trusted vendors that help us operate our business (e.g., scheduling software, payment processors, email tools, telecommunications providers) — these parties access information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS/text messaging consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
